SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the LibreRide SMS verification program operated by Libreride Technologies LLC. They do not replace any separate ride-service or driver agreement.

What you receive

The program sends one-time verification codes when you request registration or login to LibreRide. It does not send marketing messages. Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Consent and eligibility

Use a number you own or are authorized to use. On the phone-verification screen, review the disclosures and select the unchecked consent box before requesting a code. Consent is not a condition of purchase; email sign-in is available. Do not request codes for another person's number without authorization.

Stopping messages and getting help

Once messaging is active, reply STOP to opt out. Reply START to request resubscription. Reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected]. You can continue using email sign-in after opting out.

Delivery and account security

Delivery depends on network availability and carrier support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not share verification codes. A verification code confirms access to a phone number; it does not establish driver eligibility or background-check approval. Contact support if you receive an unexpected code.

Availability

SMS verification is preparing for launch and remains disabled while registration and delivery checks are completed. The verification page displays current availability. These terms describe how the program will operate when activated.
