This policy explains how Libreride Technologies LLC ("LibreRide," "we," or "us") handles information through this website and our SMS account-verification program. Ride services, driver screening, and payment features may have additional notices presented when those features are used.

Information we process

When you request account verification, we process your phone number, account identifier, verification request and delivery information, and your SMS consent or opt-out status. We also process information you provide when contacting support. Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to operate and protect the website.

How we use information

We use this information to deliver codes you request, verify access to your account, respond to support requests, respect messaging preferences, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. A verification code is used to authenticate your request, not to send advertising.

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information or use personal information for advertising. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for those purposes.

Providers processing information on our behalf may receive the information needed to deliver and secure the service. These include Supabase for authentication, LibreVoice and Telnyx for messaging delivery, telecommunications carriers for transmission, and Cloudflare for hosting and security. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Retention and protection

We retain information for the purposes described here, including account operation, messaging preferences, security, and applicable legal obligations. Verification codes are temporary. Access to service credentials is restricted; no transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

Phone verification is optional; email sign-in remains available. When SMS messaging is active, reply STOP to stop verification texts. Reply HELP or email [email protected] for assistance. Stopping texts does not automatically delete your account.

Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of your information or to ask about applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where necessary for security or legal obligations.
